Joseph was living with his sister and her husband, but when his living arrangement became untenable, he needed a place to go. One of his friends was staying with us and recommended us to get Joseph back on his feet.
In our Emergency Shelter, Joseph received immediate care and attention. Soon he joined our Transformation Program to learn the life and job skills that could help him get his life back. He learned how to plan ahead and how he can live by God’s will.
Now that he’s graduated from the program, Joseph will take his next step out of homelessness by working in our Clean Team Workforce. The Clean Team Workforce gives our graduates the opportunity to work, save money, and connect with possible long-term employers. Joseph’s dream is to work hard, save up, and eventually own his own restaurant! We know you can do it, Joseph! With hard work, anything is possible.
