You are making a difference! Would you like to “double the difference”?

Your giving and support of the Rescue Mission is making a difference in changing lives. You can read many success stories on this website, and we have hundreds more to tell.

There’s Jeremy, the addict who turned his life over to Christ, and found a whole new way of Godly living. And Rex, the one-time gang member and prison inmate, who got a job, stayed honest, and is a productive member of our community. There’s Alicia, who has 3 kids, and we saved her from eviction. These are some of the differences you have helped create in lives that were once hurting and broken.

Now, how could you make another difference, without giving any more?

I am asking you to “double your difference” by joining the Changed Lives Club, and make a small monthly gift to the Mission. We are trying hard to reduce the amount of mail we send. Your monthly gift will help us cut down on mail, and appeals. Did you know that our giving goes way, way down in the summer? That summer drought makes it tougher to pay bills. Your monthly gift will help us “smooth out” our lowest months of giving. Help us cut down on very costly postage bills. If we send you less mail, our postage bill goes down. If you send us a credit card or electronic payment, yours goes down, too. And, we can all save some paper!

The Mission is privately supported, so we don’t depend on government money. We depend on you. The Changed Lives Club monthly giving is probably not the most exciting message you could read here, but it’s very important. Please, check out the Changed Lives Club link on this web page.
