After both of Miguel O’s parents died, he was left without a place to stay. He tried living with different people, but nothing worked out. Miguel turned to smoking weed, which led to a DUI and a suspended license. He was floundering but when he learned he was going to be a father, Miguel came to the Allentown Rescue Mission for stability for himself and his new family.
While in the Transformation Program, Miguel learned how to be a better man. He learned how to be courageous and lead by example. He immediately shared the good news of Jesus with his girlfriend.
Miguel has since graduated from the program and has already landed a job with SFE Energy working as an independent contractor. His main goal is to follow God’s way, get married, and support his family.
