Matthew D. grew up in NJ. His childhood was marred with a learning disability diagnosis and his parent’s divorce leading to relational instability. Matthew struggled with bottling up his anger and lashing out in self-defense. Deep down, Matthew was longing to be loved and while in the program he was taught and shown the love of God. He began to take responsibility for his thoughts and actions and learned to forgive and reconcile with people he cut out of his life.
Matthew graduated from the Transformation Program and is now working on the Clean Team Workforce. He hopes to return one day to being a firefighter or truck driver.
