Transformation Program Graduate – Dale B.

Dale B. had been working and had a place of his own until his health began to take a turn for the worse.  Pain and neuropathy associated with diabetes caused Dale to lose his job and then his home.  He fell into a deep depression and felt like ending his life.  His behavior led him to a behavioral health facility, and upon his release brought him to the Allentown Rescue Mission.

Dale suffered a lot of trauma in the past and didn’t have a great deal of faith in God.  He joined the Transformation Program in search of “the truth” and hoping to improve his spirituality.  While in the program, Dale was impressed with the individual care given to each guest and the content of the classes.  As a result, he has stated that his faith has grown much stronger.

Dale enjoys country living and would like to find a job and move to the Poconos where he can spend time fishing and relaxing.
