Donald came to us for an all-too-familiar reason; he lost his job due to the pandemic. But he didn’t let the loss of his job and disability stop him. Donald is one of our most proactive guests. He’s constantly on the phone, filling out applications, and doing everything he can to get back on his feet.
He also volunteers in our kitchen and helps serve meals. Now his perseverance has paid off. He secured an apartment and will be moving out soon. Hard work pays off! Great job Donald!
