This is Robert and today he is happy to say that he has been delivered from anger. Robert had wife, children, and a good job. However, drug abuse and anger issues led Robert to lose it all. Robert was able to beat his drug addiction, but his anger issues remained.
In fact, Robert came to us after being kicked out of another shelter due to his anger issues. He knew he had to change, but he didn’t know how. With us, he began to attend daily bible studies and his behavior began to change. His anger was replaced by joy. Robert is thankful for the time he spent with us. “If it wasn’t for the Allentown Rescue Mission, I have no idea where I would be today.” He says. Robert has left the Allentown Rescue Mission. He has his own apartment, and a full-time job.
