After George lost his job, his roommate kicked him out of their apartment. With nowhere to stay, he returned to our Emergency Shelter. We’re never happy to see men return to homelessness, but we’re always glad to help them as many times as they need.
George knew he would find safe housing, good meals, and essential services to get back on his feet. Plus, he knew the Transformation Program would help him work on his issues and help him grow as an individual. “This time around, the program solidified the importance of thinking things through before acting.” Commented, George.
Now that George has graduated from the program, he wants to work for the Clean Team Workforce. The Clean Team Workforce helps graduates gain work experience and helps connect them with outside employers. Clean Team Workforce employees save enough money for an apartment, find permanent employment, and transition to independent living.
