Although many of the Allentown Rescue Mission men don’t have traditional families to spend the holidays with, they are not alone. Their family in their time of need are the Allentown Rescue Mission staff and each other. This holiday season, they ate a big thanksgiving dinner, they will open Christmas presents, and they will receive the New Year with enthusiasm. Thanks to the community’s generous support, the Allentown Rescue Mission can be a family to hundreds of homeless men throughout the year and can bring hope to those in need.
