Daniel is a recent graduate of our Transformation Program. He found his way to the Allentown Rescue Mission after a police offer recommended us. “I had a rough childhood, had no father, and watched my mom be abused growing up”, he recalls. This was the start of the domino effect that led him to be homeless. He put in the hard work, made the right choices, and now his life is turning around. Now that he’s graduated he wants to go back to school, get his health back in order, find his own place, and get a car. The rest, he says, he will leave to God.
