TIME:

The Mission needs people who can commit small amounts of time consistently. We need people who can help us answer phones, sort and count business reply mail and code donations. Do you have a few extra hours you can give us each week?

You can also donate time by being a liaison between the Mission and your church, business, or community group.

TALENT: Share what you do best Carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and painters, consider donating a ½ day of services to the Mission. (We'd supply parts and materials.)

Wheels of Time Street Rod Association

One of the many loyal supporters of the Allentown Rescue Mission is the Wheels of Time Street Rod Assoc. It all began 30 years ago when 12 young men started a car club specifically dedicated to the hobby of street rodding. In 1979, the decision was made to hold annual car shows. In its 30 year history it has grown to be the largest show on the east coast run completely by volunteers. The organization makes donations to local charities such as the Allentown Rescue Mission, Good Shepherd Home, ARC Association, Bethany Children's Home and others. They also sponsor a scholarship program for young men and women pursuing further education in the automotive field.
