2007 - 2nd ANNUAL GENUINE PA DUTCH DINNER
RAISES $11,123
Our second Genuine Pennsylvania Dutch Dinner was a huge success! Over 546 hungry folks enjoyed a complete menu of hog maw (filled pig stomach), schnitz un knepp (snitz and knepp), pork and sauerkraut, chicken pot pie, salad, rolls and shoo fly pie.
In addition to the great food, we took the opportunity to publicly recognize and welcome the initial group of charter members of our newly formed Changed Lives Club. This is a special group of people who have committed to make a monthly donation to the Mission.
Diane Lee andWAEB 790 AM provided an on-site broadcast of the event and Steve Ziminsky did a masterful job on the keyboard to ensure that everyone was entertained.
